UMW Spring District Meeting Set for April 20
The Council Bluffs District United Methodist Women's spring meeting will be held Tuesday April 20 in Broadway Methodist Church Council Bluffs from 1 39 to 3 30 pm A social tea will follow in the fellowship hall after the program Local women from 80 units are urged to attend The program will include communion led by District Supt Dr Bob Dodder music by Malvern elementary students and a message from Miss Gene Maxwell a Rocky Mountain Conference deaconess Special honor with membership recognition will be given Omaha UMW area guests and many officers plan to attend The afternoon session replaces an all day meeting to allow broader attendance.
