The Crook County Court at Prineville will consider the petition on the Sunday of January 1910 at 10 oclock A M and may grant necessary orders.
A group of Crook County electors petitions the county court to incorporate a new municipal entity named Madras. The filing states geographic boundaries in township and range terms and asserts a resident population of at least 150. Petitioners seek incorporation under local statutes and request court orders as needed.
