Petition Seeks New County Road To Cut Distance

The route would start near the Morrow and Keenan school and run easterly and southerly along the divide to intercept the old road near Mrs Grantee. Proponents say it shortens travel by about three miles and avoids Red Rock hill, opening up ranch areas though some landowners along the path oppose the plan.
