Springfield Ill Sept 29 The 84th annual Illinois grand lodge meeting of Odd Fellows is slated to open Oct 18 in Springfield with delegates expected from every county in the state. Also to be held are the Grand Lodge Grand Encampment and the Rebekah state assembly.
