Macomb Schools Adjust Afternoon Session for Shriner Program

Public schools in Macomb will shift Thursday afternoon hours to allow pupils to attend a Shriner demonstration. The after noon session will run 2:30 to 4 with elementary dismissal at 4:15, bells at 2:15 to prepare students. If weather is unfavorable, classes start at 1:10 as usual.

Runaway horse collides with car near Sciota causes damage

Fred Keithley family escaped injury after a runaway horse struck their car on a Mon night between Sciota and Blandinsville.
