Robbery near Colchester ends with bound victim
Ralph Carson, a 24 year old farmer near Colchester, was held at gunpoint by two young men in uniform who forced him from his car and robbed him of a gold watch and wallet. He was bound and gagged then released after the attackers fled in the stolen machine. Police report the machines had similar numbers and ongoing investigations seek the robbers who appeared about 24.

Gy Associated Press reports farm er Peorin Clyde Moore living two miles west of Morton was killed instantly when his automobile was struck by an interurban car. The crash occurred after the car was derailed 210 feet from the crossing.
