Moose Show Goes Big Delights Large Illinois Theatre Audience

The Moose talent show at the Illinois Theatre drew a large crowd to benefit the lodge damaged by fire. A L Hainline and Join Barclay led the premier acts with extra fine work. Local performers Mex Laughlin Bob Cain Wengardner Smith Sutton McCutcheon Shores Hall and Schnarr impressed. Harold Sullivan drew loud applause and Miss Telen Hainline Wendell Lackens wowed with song and dance.

Mail voting records in McDonough county primary

Twenty one of the hundreds of votes cast in McDonough county at yesterday's primary election were cast by mail. Six of the mail ballots came from out of state or other locations while fifteen were mailed from Macomb city.

The notice states that one ballot came from California and another from Washington DC. By the deadline of five days before the election, absent voters will receive a ballot by mail that can be returned and counted with the rest of the votes.
