Winter Plumbing Short Courses Offered by Manoba Department
The Manitoba Department of Agriculture and Conservation will run one week winter courses on installing farm water supply and sewage systems. Each course costs 19 plus fees, with sessions by a journeyman plumber and an agricultural engineer covering plans, water sources, pumps, exterior lines, and sanitary regulations. Applications should be made early via local agricultural representatives to schedule courses in communities with 15 to 24 interested farmers.

Sheep Achievement Day to Held at MacGregor Fair Grounds
Members of Pathhead and Rossendale 4H Sheep Clubs will hold their annual Sheep Achievement Day this Friday September 29 at the MacGregor Fair Grounds. The program begins at 1 p.m. with ewe and lamb exhibitions and champion and reserve placings, judging by members and a sheep project questionnaire.
