Effects of new feed grain policy delayed to September

Otto Lang, minister responsible for the Canadian Wheat Board, told Commons that eastern stock was built before the change and that eastern farmers can buy feed grain at the same price western mills pay. The Wheat Board will release some export wheat for domestic feed use after a strike pressured shortages in Nova Scotia and British Columbia.
