The MacGregor Figure Skating Club stages its annual revue at the MacGregor rink starting at 7 30 p m tonight. Sixty skaters have spent the week rehearsing for the space age themed show A Salute to the Space Age featuring fairy tale, mid years, and space age dances. Watch the boys and girls perform in action at the local ice show.

Wheat Board Modifies Quota Delivery Policy
The Canadian Wheat Board announced changes to its delivery quota policy aimed at giving farmers more freedom in choosing how to use assignable acres. A pamphlet for the 1971 72 crop year will be mailed to over 200000 permit holders. The non cumulative quota system will apply to wheat barley and oats encouraging regular deliveries. A new formula will set the assignable acreage base replacing the end of the Lift program.

Sid Spivak, a Manitoba minister and businessman, won the Conservative leadership contest with 261 votes to Harry Enns 93 in a closely watched ballot. MacGregor town events span ice show to minor hockey day
