The Festival of Arts is planned jointly by the Manitoba Holiday Festival of Arts Inc of Neepawa and the University of Manitoba Extension Division Community Studies. Original works come from the Winnipeg Art Gallery with musical instruments from Yamaha Music Centre and support from the Winnipeg Public Library architecture and education faculties the University of Manitoba St Dominic's church Beautiful Plains School Division service clubs and Neepawa lodges.
