Typhoid fever was the cause of death for 22 year old Dewey H. Anderson who died Saturday at his sister’s home in Anacortes. He is survived by his mother Mrs. Co. B. Oaks and two sisters Mrs. J. A. Netterfield and Mrs. E. Holman. Six Lynden boys served as pallbearers at the funeral with burial in Lynden Cemetery.

Funeral services held for former Lynden resident Elma Fredeen
Mrs. Elma Fredeen, age 84, a former Lynden district resident, died Sunday at her home in Bellingham. Funeral services were held Wednesday with burial in Lynden cemetery. She is survived by her husband two sons and two sisters Mrs F Erickson of Bellingham and Mrs E Markstrom of Lynden.
