Grain sacks offered Lynden farmers by penitentiary
Lynden farmers may obtain grain sacks from the Walla Walla penitentiary under a state allotment. Whatcom County was apportioned 5000 sacks at 16 1/2 cents each for actual farmers, with applications to the Superintendent of the State Penitentiary in Walla Walla due before April 1, 1920.
