City to Cut Off Water for Delinquent Rent
Water users with unpaid bills will have service shut off after the first of the month. City water clerk R. B. LeCocq reports some accounts unpaid for two years or more and will enforce rules: rent due on the first, 20 percent discount if paid by the 10th, and a 50 cent charge for turning water off and on if late.
