Sorenson Reopens Lynden Creamery Under New Name
N P Sorenson will personally reopen the Banner Creamery in Lynden on Tuesday March 16 after renovations. The plant will operate as Sorenson Creamery with two additional workers to start. Sorenson, a noted dairy expert, serves as secretary of the State Creamery Operators and Butter Makers Association and as president of the Whatcom County Dairymen's Association. He founded Laurel Creamery four years ago and has run it since.
