DETOUR VILLAGE UPI Dawn signals renewed effort in a woodlands search for a 23 month old boy missing since noon Sunday from Drummond Island near the Upper Peninsula. About 3H Air Force personnel from Kincheloe AFB Conservation Department officials locals and State Police with tracking dogs conducted air and land searches. In Saigon today a Communist unit surrendered with hands up, about 60 of the 121 surrendering troops identified as North Vietnamese. Marines had hunted them in house to house fighting northeast of downtown Saigon, saving American and South Vietnamese lives.
