Mrs. William Bradshaw presented a photo of Lonefellow eighth grade 1894 and H. H. Hawley a framed high school class photo of 1898 to the Mason County Historical Society. Mrs. Frances Caswell Hanna donated 14 textbooks, Civil War volumes, and other works including Porter, Whitman, and Pierce. Mrs. Harriet Cahn recalled Orenzo Rice from Ludington schools 1872. Annual 4 H Dairy Tour Featured Oceana Members and Herds
More than 65 Oceana 4-H club members and leaders attended the annual dairy tour. Stops included Tromater Guernsey herd Studer Holstein herd and Greiner Brown Swiss herd.
