Yvonne Joy Barney and Joseph Gavigan Vil exchange vows in a double ring ceremony at St Simon's Church. Rev Fe Ravimend B Drinan officiates. Attendants include Patricia Barney and Leonara Gain. The couple, after a wedding breakfast, plans a reception and a honeymoon with plans to reside at a Lower Hamlin Lake cottage.
The wedding of Patricia Louise Kennedy and Robert O. Tribby took place May 24 at St Marys Church Painesville Ohio in a nuptial mass. Attending were bridesmaids Constance Corrigan Lynn Skoog and others with music by J Campbell and organist A Kilcainley. The bride wore white satin and lace with a long train, fingertip veil, and seed pearl headpiece. The ceremony was followed by a wedding breakfast and reception at the couple's home and nearby in Ludington Michigan.

Miss Phyllis Ann Jones daughter of Mr and Mrs S Harrington Jones of Delray Beach Fla became the bride of Roger Lee Danez son of Mr and Mrs Roy S Danez of 406 North Ferry Street on Monday afternoon June 22 at First Presbyterian Church in DeLand Fla The service featured solos by Betty Nordman with Miss Charlotte Currier as maid of honor The groom's father served as best man and other ushers included Richard Feasel and Donald Yaxley Post ceremony a reception followed at Chaudoin Parlor The couple plan to direct a Florida high school band and will reside at 4061 North Ferry Street during the summer before the bridegroom directs Ludington High School summer music program The couple met when Phyllis was head majorette in the Stetson University band and Roger was solo cornetist and captain of the band

Catholic Daughters of America Court Ludington No 745 will install recently elected officers at 8 p m Wednesday in James Goldenhall. Mrs F L Gwizdala district deputy from Bay City will be installing officer assisted by Mrs Fred Larson as monitor. Mrs Martin J Kennedy will be organist for the installation ceremonies. Officers to be installed include Mrs John Utz grand regent Mrs Alfred Miller vice regent Miss Martha Carrier lecturer Mrs John Findling prophetess Miss Margie Charon monitor Mrs Richard V Derrick treasurer Miss Dolores Duplessis financial secretary Mrs Richard Genter historian Miss Jennie Saputo sentinel Mrs Robert Erickson organist and Mrs Hoyt Payment Mrs Leon Fellows and Miss Ann Marascou trustees. Refreshments will follow the installation and business session Mrs John Dupont's group is in charge of arrangements.
The Ludington High School junior senior prom at Oriole hall highlighted the 1952 theme My Blue Heaven. Nearly 100 couples took part in the grand march as decorations created a blue silver cloud scene, with photographers and a floor show led by Gordon Davis.
Reservations should be made with group chairmen not later than Monday evening.
A representative of the Social Security office in Muskegon will be at the post office in Ludington Tuesday. The Ludington Junior Chamber of Commerce will stage its third annual spring dance on Saturday June 28 at the Lincoln Hills Golf Club clubhouse. The event will be semi formal with the orchestra to be announced later by Chairman Chester Nerheim.
