Buck Corners Mich Jone Fa observes Children’s Day with a Sunday program at the Dutch Methodist church. Mrs Birdsall and others prepare acts including a welcome, orchestra, songs by Sunday school children, recitations by Donald Burk and Wilbur Birdsay, a dialogue Raindrops and Sunbeams, and a German reading by H C Cutler. School closes with a picnic and a student program led by Mrs Squire. Daisy Haase recites a piece once done by her grandmother Mrs Hepworth.
