Police and sheriff deputies reported two minor traffic accidents with no injuries or tickets. Paul Herban's car ran off Sugar Grove Road near Lincoln Road on loose gravel at 1 10 a.m. and struck a tree, while Michael Kazmarski's car rolled over on Jebavy Drive two tenths mile north of Rasmussen Road at 10 30 p.m. Wednesday after he bent to adjust a tape player.

Three year old Keith Kuttle was killed Wednesday after darting into a car’s path near his Dowagiac home. He died on arrival at Lee Memorial Hospital. The driver was not held.
