Mason County Museum receives two group photographs from Mrs. H K Hansen showing Fourth Ward residents in 2001. The school photo lists 70 students and teachers with many names, plus a separate Ladies Aid image. Other items include a Boat Club postcard, Lyric Theatre programs from 1910 1911, a bicycle once owned by Edith Van Dyke, and Currier Ives Snow Scene gift. Mason County Garden Club to Plant 29 Flats of Petunias
Mason County Garden Club will plant 29 flats of petunias at Leveaux Park on E Ludington Ave to celebrate the ninth season of landscaping the park. The group began the project in 1952 with city approval and has since added shrubs, bulbs, and annuals funded by fundraisers. A flower show and silver tea titled Grow and Show will be held June 21 from 2 to 9 p.m. at Consumers Power Co conference room to raise funds and invite all Mason County residents.

15th Annual Hamment-Chesebrough Reunion Report
The 15th Hamment-Chesebrough reunion was held Sunday at River ton Townhall with 81 members and guests. A potluck dinner followed by a business session and visiting.
