Sinatra Faces Nevada Gaming Charge Over Cal-Neva Host Ties

The Nevada Gaming Control Board filed a complaint accusing Frank Sinatra of hosting Chicago mob figure Momo Giancana at the Cal-Neva Lodge Lake Tahoe between July 17 and July 28. Giancana is listed in Nevada's Black Book. a finding of catering to such figures could revoke Sinatra's license. If revoked, Sinatra may be forced to divest Cal-Neva and Sands stock to keep the lodge open.

Charlene Nelson, a ten-year-old survivor in Methodist Hospital Room 229, smiles despite traction on both legs as she recalls her family’s fatal car crash near Levelland on Friday August 9.
