Two Midland men James Allen Eldh Jr age 21 and Tommy D Manus age 20 were arrested at a deserted farmhouse near here around 1 am Monday sleeping in a car. They were wanted for the Sept 1 murder of carnival worker Henry Moyah 35 in Midland. Moyah and two carnival workers were invited to a party at the suspects apartment but were robbed. Moyah was shot once.
