Ex-conn Holds Family of Seven in Oklahoma
Delbert Harmon Garmon, an escaped Texas felon, held Leo Scott his wife and five children for over five hours in their Watonga home. He fled in the Scott's 1961 white Chevrolet and was later linked to a forced ride with an Oklahoma City woman to El Reno. No one was injured.
