Railway Mishap Hurts Slatonite
Bran non G Busby, 41, of Slaton and a Santa Fe Railway employee, was injured in Plainview about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday when rail cars being switched within city limits bumped into five others. His left foot was crushed. he received treatment for shock at Plainview Hospital and was later moved to Methodist Hospital in Lubbock. His condition was listed as fair late Tuesday.
