A two car collision six miles northeast of Levelland overnight left Elia Mae Lott 54 or 23, John Edwin 12, and Ricky 2 dead. James Lott 34 and Kimberly Ann 2 injured hospitalized in Lubbock while two other occupants escaped injury. The crash occurred at FM 1294 and a county road east of U S 385 and raised the South Plains death toll to 109. Services for the Lott family are pending.
