California Families Die in Plainview Wrecks
Three people were killed and eight injured in two separate auto crashes on the South Plains Saturday. The Plainview crash, a three car collision five miles north of town, killed Mrs. L. J. Boulware of Oceanside California and two Barker children. The Idalou crash injured several occupants including Domingo Perez Santa Perez and Jose Barrera, all taken to Lubbock hospitals with head injuries after their vehicle struck a bridge on Farm Highway 400.
