Lubbock Bank to Build Court Place Office Tower

The Lubbock National Bank announced early construction of an eight story Court Place office building and immediate demolition of the Caprock Hotel shell. Estimated cost runs about 1.8 million with bids opened by 70 bidders. Demolition should begin within a week and the complex will be built on Main Street Texas Avenue.
