Crash Fatal To Woman and Daughters in South Plains
Four people died in two traffic crashes on Thursday on the South Plains near Lubbock and Tahoka. Mrs. Monteen Phillips 38 and her daughters Belinda 12 and Raynae 4 died at the scene, along with Airman Michael J. Kelly 22 at Tahoka. Mrs. Ellan Mills 57 and other occupants were injured. The crashes raised local death toll and county figures for the year.
