Suspect Arrested in $20,000 Extortion Plot

Jefferson Parish authorities in Louisiana arrested Michael Baudun 18 of Harahan for extortion aimed at bank executive Sterling Emens of Metairie. Emens reported a hostage threat against his wife and demanded payment within minutes. Mrs Emens and children were located unharmed in Lubbock.
