OPA Plans To Reduce Price Of Tuna Fish
The Office of Price Administration announced price rollbacks on tuna fish bonito and yellowtail to cut 1 to 3 cents a half pound can at retail. The order, issued today and effective next Friday, lowers canners' maximum prices by 3 to 1 dollars per case of the one pound size.

Maj Haley Aycock Fights On With Broken Foot In War
Maj Haley W Aycock commander of a bombardment squadron in England had a shattered foot yet served in five raids after being hit by a machine gun bullet during a Desperate Journey mission. An engineering student at Tech from 1935 to 1939, Aycock said he would remain with his men. He is the son of Mrs Frank T Connor of Fort Worth.
