Cash stash found in razed San Pedro tavern
In San Pedro California an eight year old spinster named Ollie Sutton was evicted as her waterfront tavern was razed for a bridge to Terminal Island. Workmen uncovered eleven thousand dollars in cash stashed inside the building from pennies to hundreds in beds and sacks. The money was deposited in Suttons name at a bank.

From Fort Huachuca Arizona Keesee went on leave January fifteenth. He did not report back January thirtieth and was listed as a deserter February twenty eighth. Pentagon says he had no access to classified material and is under Army investigation for passing bogus checks and forgery. His sister says he enlisted in 1951 and was wounded in Korea.
