Regents Approve Building Pacts At Texas Tech

The Texas Tech Board of Regents approved contracts totaling over 2 million dollars for the Administration Building renovation and a 1.2 million swimming pool, with Low bids from H R Rundock Construction Co and General Builders Inc. A 62-year-old woman was dragged from a grave at City of Lubbock Cemetery by a man described as 5 foot 6 with a womanly about 16 or 17 years old attire. The assault marked the third reported incident Friday.
