San Antonio Man Killed in Tulsa Area Crash
A 41 year old San Antonio resident Julian Tenorio was killed and 11 others were hurt in a traffic crash near Silverton when a tire blew out causing his station wagon to cross into oncoming traffic. The other driver Mrs Savanna Richardson age 62 of Tulsa was injured and hospitalized. Eleven people including nine of Tenorio’s family were treated with two children remaining hospitalized and the others released after emergency care.

A 17 month old Midland girl died at Midland Memorial Hospital four hours after falling on jagged glass from a broken soft drink bottle. Carrie Lynn Davis, daughter of Mr and Mrs Tom Davis, died in the operating room while being treated for a neck wound and loss of blood. Funeral arrangements were pending with Edlis Funeral Home.

Tiros 7 Weather Satellite Joins Tiros 6 In Orbit

Body Found By Divers At Buffalo Lakes
Four divers from Posey Gin Co recovered 19 year old Jimmy Ayers of Slaton from 60 foot water at Buffalo Lakes after a 70 hour search that began Sunday when he disappeared while swimming with four companions.
