Raton chair lift accident kills man and injures several
A cable snapped on a Raton Pass chair lift sending five cars from the line into a plunge. Robert Guillaume, 41, of Edmond Oklahoma, died. His bride June Guillaume, 35, was in serious condition, among others injured. Rescuers freed 14 people from stranded cars as investigators eyed the drive chain failure.
