Lubbock Passengers Diverted Plane Hijack to Cuba

A Negro hijacker forced a Continental jet bound for Lubbock to divert toward Havana after deplaning passengers at Midland Odessa. About 14 Midland passengers were en route to Lubbock as the plane landed in Havana at 4 05 a.m. CDT. The pilots kept control and allowed some passengers to leave before continuing.
