Eight year old Tommy Scanlan of 2219 Thirty second Street is at St Marys hospital with mild leg and neck muscle involvement. The patient was admitted Thursday and diagnosed yesterday. father works for Dickinson Motor Co. Two prior polio cases in the area had earlier been treated here. Another case, seven year old Howard Price of Eunice New Mexico, showed improvement at Lubbock Memorial Hospital after iron lung treatment.
