A Lubbock man, Billy Joe Holtzclaw 32, died when his Pride Oil Co loaded gasoline tanker exploded after rear ending a Dart Construction Co truck near the Ave E overpass outside Snyder. Odis Westbrook 29 of Odessa was treated and released after the fiery crash on U S Highway 84. Firefighters fought blasts as crowds watched. traffic rerouted for hours.
