County Surpasses Bond Quota in Seventh War Loan Drive
Lubbock county exceeded its overall bond quota by 1.33 million in the Seventh War Loan drive but fell short on the E bond quota by 154 thousand. Total bonds sold were 5.87 million against a 4.54 million target. The Amarillo Lubbock region surpassed its E bond quota at 107.1 percent with 13.82 million sold.
