A nine month old child, Samuel Lechuga, died in a bathtub of scalding water at a farm home near Wolfforth. Deputies say the mother left two older children in the home to make a phone call. the tub was filled by one of the children. Justice of the Peace Wayne LeCroy ruled the death accidental. The infant’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Rosendo Lechuga of Temple. several siblings are listed. Funeral arrangements are pending.
