Burglars Target City Home Steal Cash Cameras in Lubbock

Intruders broke a window at Hay Philips home on Friday between 8:00 am and 2:20 pm and stole nearly $600 in cameras a watch a ring and silver dollars. Kent Gaze reported losing his billfold with about $255 cash in a south Lubbock area around 2 pm.

Longest Canoe Journey Record Claim From New York

Regents Eye Charge Over LeMaistre Makeup Exam

UT regents consider allegations that Chancellor A LeMaistre pressured a professor to arrange a makeup microbiology exam for his son Bill LeMaistre after a failing grade.
