The Texas Tech marching band and Lubbock High students will perform. a Sheraton Crest Inn reception follows the parade. A 71 seat Continental DC-9 charter brings a delegation from the Chamber of Commerce to Austin with early seats still available Monday morning. The return flight is set for about 7:30 pm.
