Plane Crash Kills Farwell Family And Friend

A 45 minute aerial joyride ended in a fatal plane crash near Farwell, killing farmer James Harold Norton, his 8 year old son, and 7 year old friend Russell Langford. Norton's wife and Langford's mother helped rescue the bodies from the burning wreckage after the Cessna 150 took off from Clovis Municipal Airport.
