Tech student and companion survive 13 days lost in Sierra snow

Pedestrian Fatality First Traffic Death In Lubbock
A 21 year old Carliste man Neel died in a car pedestrian crash on 600 streets around 9 20 Saturday. Police identified the car driver as Richard Sesame of Pismark NS. Neel reportedly biked along Eth Street when struck by the eastbound car on the south roadside. It marks the first traffic fatality in Lubbock County this year.
