Dallas lawyer Oliver Fountain aged 65 was shot to death at his northwest Dallas home. His wife Angelyn Fountain was critically wounded after being shot in the abdomen and was taken to Parkland Hospital. A note signed with her name was found, claiming fear of death and lack of care.
