A light mix of snow and rain moved through the South Plains Tuesday with Lubbock seeing a drizzle by 6 p.m. The National Weather Service blamed a low pressure system over eastern New Mexico for the event. Temperatures were expected to rise into the 60s today after a 24 degree low. Driving conditions were hazardous in foggy Golden Triangle communities.
