SAIGON AP reports the United States and North Vietnam reached an agreement on dates sites and numbers for the first group of U S prisoners to be freed in South Vietnam about 30. Officials say release will occur between Saturday and Monday but refuse to reveal terms. The pact follows Kissinger timetable for two week intervals until the March 28 troop withdrawal and prisoner repatriation deadline.
