Body of abducted Iowa child found clues point to suspect

Des Moines police say Pamela Powers 10 was abducted Christmas Eve from the Des Moines YMCA. Robert Williams 24, a former Missouri inmate, surrendered and led officers to the body two miles southwest of Mitchellville. He was charged with murder and held without bond. Autopsy pending.
