CHIPLEY Fla Dec 21 Harvey W Bracheen 50 and Robert P Smith 66 both of Harlingen Texas were killed in a head on crash east of Chipley. Their car collided with a vehicle driven by Janine Bauldree of Jay Fla Bauldree was hospitalized in Marianna with injuries not considered serious according to State Highway Patrol.
