Ex Snyder man sued in $440000 damage case
In U S district court here a $440000 damage suit over a business deal opened Monday. L P Francis of St Louis and the Les Francis Chevrolet Co sued Theo Lamb formerly of Snyder now in Prescott Arizona for misrepresentation and concealment when Lamb sold the Chevrolet firm in October 1964. Francis and his son bought the dealership and paid Lamb 75000 for his house. The trial before Judge Halbert O Woodward resumes at 1 p m. FDIC sues Citizens National Bank of Lubbock for 882677 over loan credits with Lorenzo State Bank.
